A week where no one was sick, we stayed on program and stayed active
I lost 2.0 pounds ( yay!)
Hubby lost0.6 pounds (yay!)
son gained 1.6 ( uggh)
His gain comes from not drinking as much striaght out water as he should, going a little low on the veggies and having a lasagna/pizza freak out at the party on Thursday, plus hearing the siren song of the turtle cookies and pecan pie squares. No worries, it is a new week and it will come off.
We added a new item to our fitness routine yesterday - My Fitness Coach for the Wii. It is a very detailed program that looks like it will be very good. Last night we all worked to create our profiles for the game and set up our own workout schedules. At one point it has you take your measurments, and it was then that I learned another watermark of my son's progress. When we began , he was too heavy for any home scale, so we had to ggo by measurments.Even with that we needed a special tape measure. The loss in his bust and waist are about 5 inches each, but he has lost 20 inches from his hips ! Amazing ! Roughly 75 pounds and 20 inches off his hips in a year...I will forgive him the one day lasagna freak out !
