Reconstructing normal life

Today has been a productive day. Hubby is off due to a need to do some serious electrical work at his company, so we took advantage of the time to get all the Christmas decorations put away, and make some changes in our entertainment situations. We have had a Playstation and a Wii for about a year now, and controllers are threatening to take over the house. Seems the Wii has so much more possibility for activity, we decided to take everything playstation related to Gamestop and trade it in for Wii games. We have done this a few times in the past, and it makes for a very economical way to bring in some new fun.

Program wise it has been a very good day. Cottage cheese, Flax plus cereal and cranberries for breakfast, a bocca burger on lettuce with peas and celery and an apple for lunch. Dinner will be something with pork chops and quinoa as well as a veggie and a side salad. I got in my abdominal work but it has been too chaotic to do either the bike or Jillians game or the Wii fir so far. Son was hoping to get one personal trainer game for the Wii or something similar, and I am sure when the guys get back we will all be playing whatever they pick up. I am also having very achy thigh muscles today. I am not sure if it is due to the abdominal work or an indicator that I am about to get a visit from Aunt Flow. These days she has a mind of her own and I cannot count on her arrivals or departures to be very predictable.
