Busy day

Some days the best laid plans get tossed out the window for very good reasons. It was a beautiful day outside, and I had planned on getting out to jump rope, but never managed to do it. School took a lot more time and effort than I calculated, and accident with a bottle of hair dye demanded my immediate attention, and a third attempt at a UPS delivery demanded my presence. So no exercise happened. It is not the end of the world, as I do get in exercise almost every day. However, it makes me feel bad when life demands make me miss out. Today will hopefully be better.

So just the facts for the day

Breakfast-
Oats, barley and rye with pumpkin
ground flax,crasins,seed nut mix,coconut,goji berries,olive oil and peanut butter
Yo plus digestive yogurt, apple
coffee,water

Lunch-
Minestrone soup, chicken and swiss on high fiber bread with hummus
celery and carrots,pear, you plus digestive yogert
Fresca

Dinner -
Whole wheat pasta with summer squash, yellow squash, carrots, peppers and walnuts
Broccoli slaw, sliced cucumbers
