I think it was best summed up by a routine on the comedy show "Whose's Line is is anyway". Two little words- Yoga Hurts ! We all did TBL Yoga for Weight Loss, and could not do the whole thing because we are beginning wimps. The guys got sweaty, I did not but I kept struggling to keep my balance and then found it hurt to walk afterwords. My core muscles are non existant and my legs are wimpy ! Good news is that they will get much, much better with this.
