BBC NEWS | Health | Eating at night myth 'exploded'

Interesting study. Findings show that your body processes food in exactly the same way no matter what time you eat it,and that hormones do indeed have a big impact on weight. Decrease in estrogen and progesterone increases the production of Leptin, a hormone produced by fat cells , which influences food intake. ( Other studies have shown that leptin increases the hormone cortoisol, which makes you gain weight in the middle, causes your skin to age and much more)
