Hey mom, what's for dinner again ?

Just finished creating the menu and shopping list for next week ( yay ! ) and thought I would share. Meal 1 is Bob, 2 is Nick and myself

Saturday
Breakfast- Blueberry Nut oatmeal
Lunch - OUT ( most likely Sweet Tomatoes)
Dinner- Southwest chicken, brown rice, green salad

Sunday
Breakfast - 7 Grain cereal with dried fruit and cinnamon'
Lunch - Sesame Peanut noodles, Spinach salad with orange and red onions
Dinner- Grilled chicken and roast vegetable salad

Monday
Breakfast 1Oatmeal, yogurt, fruit 2. Quinoa with fresh fruit
Lunch 1 Mussels, Whole wheat crackers, V8 2 .Greek Garbanzo Salad
Dinner Pasta with roast vegetables, pork chops, salad

Tuesday
Breakfast 1 Muffins, fruit , yogurt 2 Swiss Breakfast
Lunch Mediterranean pasta salad
Dinner- Chicken, Barley wih Mushrooms, Raisin Coleslaw

Wednesday
Breakfast Fruit and cinnamon oat meal
Lunch 1Mussels, V8, Crackers, Fruit 2 Garlic Linguini with kale
Dinner Roast Vegetable Pizza, salad

Thursday
Breakfast 1 Muffins, yogurt ,fruit 2 Hot Polenta breakfast with dried fruit compote
Lunch 1 Peanut butter carrot apple raisin roll up, fruit 2 15 bean soup with sausage and kale
Dinner Pork chops, Golden Spinach sweet potato saute, brown rice and salad

Friday
Breakfast Blueberry nut oatmeal
Lunch 1 Mussels, whole wheat crackers, V8 2 15 bean soup with sausage and kale
Dinner Simple bean burgers on buns, Hawaiian Sweet potato Pudding, Raisin Cole Slaw

That all sounds so delicious. I really admire the way that you have a lot of variety and healthy ingredients in your meals. I copied the recipe for your black bean salad from yesterday's post!
