Busy day here today, so just a post with yesterday's food and a recipe.



Garbanzo-Avocado Salad
1 can garbanzo beans -- (15 oz) rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 ripe avocado -- cut into small squares
1 fresh tomato -- cut into small squares
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.Serve on top of greens if desired
