About a month ago I read a blog from a woman to took a challenge to put the scale away for a month, and her posts led me to discover many other blogs that have changed everything I thought about food, health, weight and nutrition. Today I was led to a post on a blog written by the author one of the most convincing arguments to date that we are living in the days of insanity when it comes to weight.
