Week of eating low fat, mostly veggies

I read something last week about new research showing a breakfast of mainly fat, like bacon and eggs, speeds the metabolism and helps weight loss. Going to give this a try, because low fat, high fiber is DEFINITELY not working. For any of us.

I definitely have experienced the same thing as you - low fat/high fiber (which invariably is high carb) does not work. This was the big medical thrust of the late 80s and early 90s. Then along came Atkins, and Dr. Agaston with South Beach that flipped the proportions, and people began having real results. Good luck with mixing it up!
