Satrurday at the scale
Another Saturday, another weigh in . Contestants, armed with hope , optimism and the belif that they did all they could this week , approach the scale
Me- 239.4 - DOWN 3.2 lbs ! ( total since beginning this plan is 10.4 lbs)
Bob- UP 1.2
Nick UP 0.4
Like it or not, men are biologically different than women ( and thank God they are), and they have different nutritional needs than women. So beginning today I am going to add a little more low fat protein to their intake. It should turn things around.
Yesterdays eats included oatmeal with fruit (not pictured)
Super Kale Energy Soup for lunch ( kale, potatoes, carrots, celery , chicken broth and spices)
Roast Vegetable Pizza on high fiber tortilla with a salad of romaine, tomatoes, mushrooms, golden raisins, figs and apricots for dinner.
Busy day ahead- will catch up later !
