Marinated Peppers
6 to 8 Medium red peppers
2 1/2 Cloves Garlic
5 teaspoons olive oil
1 quart white vinegar
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Hot Pepper Flakes - To Taste
Cut peppers into large cubes and place in a large bowl. Bring to boil all the other ingredients for 5 minutes.
Pour hot mixture over the Peppers and marinate for 36 hours in refrigerator.
