Does anyone remeber ?
This book ???? It was a real, but comic, book. We had a copy years ago, found at some discount book store and bought for a laugh. If I remember it was a very funny book that included things like calories burned through giggling and so forth. I think we bought it in like 1983 or so forth, back in those carefree days before kids, when we had two wage earners and a lot more dollars than sense. I came across this picture of the book online , and suddenly remembered it with a smile.

Haha! No, I don't remember it, but I'm certain that I would have bought it considering that I was a sucker for any promise of weight loss ;)
I never heard of this book! I'm sorry about your weight gain - I think you should stab the scale.
No, haven't heard of that book LOL! I do know Dr Oz recommends sex and a lot of it to help with weight loss and stress!!! BTW I lived in Carol Stream many years ago and oldest DD went to Streamwood elementary school a year. I loved the Chicago burbs except for the COLD! Both my older two were born there.
