Saturday and the scale comes out

Perhaps it is the backlash from switching to alternate not dairy milks ? If anything we are eating less and moving more.
You must get to the point where you are increasing your muscle mass, which weighs more than fat mass. If you have gone from doing no exercise to doing as much as you are, then you will be getting more muscles.
