Blog awards

It always makes me giggle to get awards ! I simply sit down, start thinking ad the keyboard about life at the moment, and subject the world to my rambling thoughts about my happy little life. To be awarded for such behavior makes me laugh. So today i have been awarded a "Your Blog is Super" award, and I shall do what the award asks of me

1. Tape it up on your blog somewhere (There on my sidebar, )
2. Pass it along to 5 fellow super bloggers, and comment on their blog to let them know how lucky they are today!
3. When you present your Super Blogger awards, link back to the super blogger who gave it to you (thank you Jonia !)

Now to pass it on to 5 blogs . This is the hard part, because each and every blog I read is super in it's own way . It's kind of like picking a favorite child !

First off would be Hollie . `
She inspires me because she does not give up ! Things do not always go as planned, life gets real with unplanned happenings, but she gets herself up, dusts herself off and starts again. I think I am going to be more excited when she reaches her goal than I will be when I reach mine.

Second would be Mary
She is like me, an older woman who is struggling with weight loss in the face of other body issues. She also keeps on keeping on, and has a spiritual side that shines through her posts. She inspires me !

Third would be JC
Not just about weight loss, but life and spirituality and more. I have recently began reading her blog, and she just plain makes me feel good, hopeful and positive !

Fourth is Marissa at Trim The Fat
I really like her ! She posts about different foods she is eating, events happening with her family, her journey with weight loss, and one day i finally figured out she is Italian like my husband. Sounds odd, but I have a soft spot for all things Italian

Finally my husband Phoenix Minstrel
He is on this weight loss journey with me, but does not devote his blog to the journey. Instead he writes of his spiritual journey .( He is a Roman Catholic deacon who is taking a break from active service as well as a music minister). He writes very well, and reading his posts both reminds me of different points in our life together, where is head is currently at and more.

I would love to give this award to all the blogs I read ! if I have not mentioned yours, do not take it as an offense. Blame it on the limits !
