I have oil diffusers and potpourri burners that look very similar to neti pots, and if one of them got used in that way it could be very toxic. But thank you for thinking of us with this !Dihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04694756762570280051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2886550030061459124.post-39353366651291400042009-05-15T18:20:00.000-07:002009-05-15T18:20:00.000-07:00I just wanted to give you a heads up on what my no...I just wanted to give you a heads up on what my nose doctor gave me to help with my nose when I am feeling stuffed up or my allergies kicking in. It is called a Neti Pot. It is the best thing I have ever used. I bought the sinus rinse packets that were 100 for about $13.00. at Walmart. I use it once or twice a week. I have never tried quinoa but it sounds yummy. Have a great weekend.Dutchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18387959469660830830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2886550030061459124.post-87913680938515975492009-05-15T15:32:00.000-07:002009-05-15T15:32:00.000-07:00The dietary changes , if you hit upon the right on...The dietary changes , if you hit upon the right ones, do indeed work seeming miracles with behaviors ! Long ago , when Nick was 3 and we were just beginning the journey with autism, we did a yeast free diet and it made a world of difference in problems we were having with ear infections, diaper rash ( I thought he would NEVER be potty trained) behavior and more. My big mistake was not sticking with it. The detox part for some can be really rough, and for others it is nothing, but it is totally worth the effort !Dihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04694756762570280051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2886550030061459124.post-9963226679278572202009-05-15T14:30:00.000-07:002009-05-15T14:30:00.000-07:00The quinoa definitely sounds like something we'll ...The quinoa definitely sounds like something we'll be trying! And thanks a huge ton and a half for all the support you've been sending our way with our own diet change. So far SO many people have said that they've noticed a difference in Johnny. I have to fathom a guess that it's not a coincidence :)karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03140525208481352659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2886550030061459124.post-26921890043848471112009-05-15T06:45:00.000-07:002009-05-15T06:45:00.000-07:00Quinoa is a very mild taste, but it has a fun sort...Quinoa is a very mild taste, but it has a fun sort of chewy kind of texture. Just be sure to rinse it before cooking , or you can wind up with something that tasted on the bitter side.Dihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04694756762570280051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2886550030061459124.post-34191009941679663742009-05-15T04:52:00.000-07:002009-05-15T04:52:00.000-07:00Your quinoa dish sounds delish!
